Unlike classic light or sugar-free desserts, which do not have a very good taste and texture, our experience in replacing sugar and reducing calories has led us to develop recipes for desserts and other foods that have the same taste and texture as a dessert or a conventional drink.
The advantage is that these types of desserts have much less calories and fat, can be consumed even by diabetics, and for those who want to look good and eat tasty, you will no longer be guilty, as you will be able to maintain your figure.
In the drinks and desserts we prepare, we always try to eliminate the use of sugar, we also try to reduce fats and carbohydrates so that the product is as low in calories as possible, maintaining an unsurpassed texture and flavor, like the traditional ones.

Ingredients for the dough:
- 4 eggs;
- 1 cup of oil (approx. 200 ml);
- 1 cup chopped carrots;
- 1/3 cup XTEVIA MIX (approx. 70 g);
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- Butter and wheat flour for greasing;
Ingredients for the syrup:
- 5 tablespoons powdered chocolate (approx. 200 g);
- 1 cup XTEVIA MIX condensed milk;
- 1/2 cup of cold water;
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch;
Ingredients for XTEVIA MIX-based condensed milk:
- 1.5 cups regular or lactose-free milk (300 ml);
- 1/3 cup XTEVIA MIX (approx. 70 g);
- 1/2 cup of cold water;
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch;
Preparation of condensed milk based on XTEVIA MIX:
Dilute the cornstarch in cold water.
Put the milk in a pan without heat yet, after that add the XTEVIA MIX and dilute completely.
After the mixture is diluted, use low heat and beat slowly to avoid burning. Then add the cornstarch diluted in water.
Beat until boiling and get point and viscosity.
Let cool.
Dough preparation:
Beat the eggs, oil, carrot and XTEVIA MIX in a blender. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour, the yeast and mix with a wooden spoon. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour. Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven at 190ºC for 35 min.
Syrup preparation:
Dilute the cornstarch in cold water.
Stir the chocolate mixture, XTEVIA MIX condensed milk and cornstarch diluted in water over low heat until it starts to boil and reaches a creamy consistency. Once ready, place on top of the cake.

- 1/4 cup of water.
Ingredients for XTEVIA MIX-based condensed milk:
- 5 cups regular or lactose-free milk (300 ml);
- 1/3 cup XTEVIA MIX (approx. 70 g);
- 1/2 cup of cold water;
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Preparation of condensed milk based on XTEVIA MIX:

- 1 box of lactose-free, low-fat sour cream;
- 1 packet of 24g unflavored gelatin;
-1 tablespoon of starch;
- 2 large passion fruit;
- 1 cup of very hot water;
- X-TEVIA Sweetener WITH SUGAR FLAVOR in drops.
Preparation:
Wash 2 passion fruit and cut them in half. Serve the contents in a glass container.
Add the unflavored gelatin to the glass of very hot water, dilute it completely and let it rest while the other operations are carried out (rest for at least 7 minutes in the hot water).
Add the lactose-free milk along with the cream, starch and passion fruit to the blender. Start beating the ingredients.
Add the water with the unflavored gelatin to the mixture in the blender. Call again.
Add XTEVIA WITH SUGAR FLAVOR (approx. 30-40 drops of sweetener). Turn on the blender. The final result must be tasted, to assess whether it is very sweet. Bear in mind that when you take it to the fridge, due to the cold, the sweet effect will decrease, so the mixture in the blender must be very sweet.
Serve in equal containers and place in the freezer for 20 minutes, then place in the fridge.
Yield: 6 servings
